These terms cover your use of sledandstone.com and anything you buy from us. The site is operated by RT LLC, an Idaho limited liability company, doing business as Sled & Stone (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them.
We are not affiliated with HYROX
Sled & Stone is an independent brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to HYROX or any race organiser or governing body. We reference the sport because we compete in it. Any third-party names or trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe the sport.
Training content and the AI Coach: read this
The guides on this site and the answers from our AI Coach are general information about training, not professional, medical, or coaching advice, and no coach-athlete or practitioner relationship is created by using them. The Coach is an automated system. It can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and it does not know your medical history.
Talk to a doctor or a qualified professional before starting or changing any exercise programme, especially if you have an injury, a medical condition, or any symptom that concerns you. Exercise carries an inherent risk of injury. You are responsible for your own training decisions and you take part at your own risk. Never ignore professional medical advice because of something you read here.
For race rules, dates, standards, and eligibility, always check the official source for your event. Do not rely on us for that.
Using the site
Use it lawfully and normally. Do not attempt to break into it, overload it, scrape it at scale, resell access to it, or use it to send anything unlawful or abusive. We can suspend access if you do.
The waitlist and emails
Joining the waitlist means we may email you about the product and the brand. Joining is not an order, does not reserve stock, and does not guarantee a price or availability. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Products, orders, and pricing
Product descriptions, launch dates, and specifications are our current intent and can change as manufacturing progresses. Colours and finishes may vary from images on screen.
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send confirmation, and we may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full, for example if an item is out of stock, a price is obviously wrong, or we suspect fraud. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated. Where a product is sold as a pre-order, the expected date is an estimate and may move; you may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships.
Shipping
We ship to the destinations listed at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Any import duties or taxes on international orders are your responsibility.
Returns and refunds
If something arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it, including return shipping.
Otherwise you may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is yours to cover. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn or used, unless they are faulty. Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days of us receiving the return.

Our content
The Sled & Stone name, logo, designs, text, and images on this site belong to us and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our permission. You are welcome to share links and short quotes with attribution.
If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything for them.
Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability relating to the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid us for the product the claim relates to, or US$100 if you have not bought anything.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Idaho will have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date at the top will change. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it. The terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to it.
