An order
Put your order number in the email. It starts with #SS and it’s in your order confirmation.
Once your order ships, the shipping confirmation email has your tracking link.
Sizing
Not sure which glove size to get? The size guide shows you how to measure your hand in a minute.
Between two sizes? Email us the measurement and we’ll tell you which one.
Returns and exchanges
- Gloves: send them back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, even if you’ve raced in them. We pay the return shipping.
- Wrong glove size: we swap it within 30 days and pay the shipping both ways.
- Tees, socks and hats: unused and within 30 days of delivery, for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is on you, and worn socks can’t come back unless they’re faulty.
- Damaged or wrong item: tell us within 30 days and we’ll replace or refund it, shipping included.
